Shipping policy

Kamee-Z works with print-on-demand production partners (including Printify's network of production facilities) to make every item to order. Because of this, delivery involves two stages: production and shipping.
Production Time
Once you place an order, it is sent to our production partner to be printed and prepared for shipment. Production typically takes a few business days before your order ships, depending on the product and current order volume. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production facility.
Shipping Time
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the option you select. In general:
- United States: Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout, with Express arriving faster for an additional cost.
- International: We currently ship to a wide range of countries outside the US via carriers such as USPS and DHL Express. International delivery generally takes longer than domestic delivery and can vary significantly by destination.
All delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and production partners and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control can occasionally cause delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately at hola@kamee-z.com and we will try to correct it before production begins.
