Welcome to Kamee-Z. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kamee-Z's website, and the purchase of any products through it. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Who We Are

Kamee-Z is an online store featuring apparel and accessories printed with original artwork created by children. Every item is made to order through print-on-demand production partners (including Printify and its network of production facilities) rather than kept in pre-made inventory.

Products and Print-on-Demand Production

  • All products are manufactured only after an order is placed. Nothing is pre-printed or held in stock.
  • Because each item is custom-produced, small variations in color, print placement, fabric, or sizing between what is shown online and the finished product are normal and are not considered defects.
  • Product photos are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and on the printing/production process.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, duplicated in error, or that our production partners are unable to fulfill.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes and, for international orders, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has entered production. Please review your order, shipping address, size, and design carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible at hola@kamee-z.com if you need to request a change — we will do our best to accommodate it if production has not yet started.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Both are available on our website and form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The artwork featured on our products is original artwork created by children and used with permission. All designs, artwork, the Kamee-Z name and logo, and the content of this website are the property of Kamee-Z and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs or content without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our content in a way that infringes on our rights or the rights of others.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our products and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamee-Z is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
